"Kate provided unbelievable and exceptional service, going far beyond all expectations for an Airbnb host. She was communicative, flexible and was a great pleasure to work with. The property itself is beautiful and peaceful, from the farms to the goats , to the goose and the incredible views. The house is warm and comfortable, and has a perfect farmhouse charm. We loved our stay and will absolutely be coming back and working with Kate again in the future!"

"Kate was a fantastic host and her home was wonderful! The house was perfectly located, and there was plenty of space. She even left some nice treats for us, which was very appreciated! She was very flexible with check in and out times and worked with us to make sure we were happy. I would absolutely stay at her place again the next time I am in the area!"

"We’ve been renting out our house through HHC for the past 2+ years and Kate and her team take all the stressful rental process away from us. What we have to do is just pack up and go, and we see no trace when we come back to a spotless home. It is nice to know that house guests are well taken care of and we don’t have to worry about anything especially when we are on vacation!"

"This is a really nice house—clean, bright, and very comfortable. Host was great. Upon our arrival we discovered that Kate had a small basket of Boulder local snacks waiting for us. There were 3 of us and we were very happy with the size of the house and the accommodations. The location is ideal—a short walk from the Pearl St shopping and restaurant district. All told, a great find!"

If you don't get the Scandal reference know that Kate and her team will get any answer, graciously meet every need, and expertly manage A-Z and back again. It is beyond comforting to work with and experience this level of care. I'd give another star if that were an option."

"Everything was what HHC Team said it would be and more. The home is charming, very clean and well stocked. The neighborhood is perfect - a very nice walk to town surrounded by other beautiful homes. Nice front porch to hang out on or drink coffee in the morning and a really cute backyard with sweet little guinea babies that you hardly know are there - but so glad they are! They also leave a little welcome basket with some local snacks and info about the area. Thank you so much guys! Hopefully your place will be available for our next visit!"

"The house was absolutely amazing. Very spacious, great location, and amazing setting nestled in between the trees and mountains! The best part is that it is steps away from some of the best hiking trails. HHC team was extremely responsive and gave us great tips for activities and dining in Boulder. We would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to Boulder."

"The house is beautiful, filled with lots of light and great Colorado sunshine. There is a trailhead right outside the house which made for easy exercise and views. The house is spacious, clean, and well appointed. The check-in/out process was easy and we appreciated the welcome gift. We would definitely stay at the property again."

"We couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful place to stay for our first time in Boulder! The house was an architectural marvel and the HHC Team was wonderful to work with. Everything from soaps, towels, and even a basket of snacks were provided. Definitely recommend staying here."
